Crazy Nails: Sharpy... Would you Dare?

Ok, Esta vez quiero hacer un post rápido acerca de algo que ha llamado mi atención: Uñas Puntiagudas.
Recientemente he visto a Demi Lovato con este tipo de uñas las cuales en lo personal no me gustan.
Esta es su foto de Twitter donde oficialmente las presumió.

Ok So this time I wanna do a quick post about something that has gotten my attention: Sharpy Nails
I recently have seen Demi Lovato with this type of nails which I personally don´t like.
This is her Twitter picture where she officially showed them off.

Yiuck!! Ella realmente me agrada pero Dios Mio! esas uñas y esos anillos tan toscos hacen lucir su mano corriente!! Y las ha estado usando asi en los últimos días. La siguiente foto es de los VMA´s.

Yiuck!! I really like her, but OMG those nails and the heavy rings make her hand look tacky!!
And she has been wearing them that way on the past days. Look her on the VMA´s.

Este estilo es antiguo, pero en esos días que esta forma era habitual, las mujeres no usaban esmalte de uñas color dorado o plata!! Los colores eran mas conservadores de modo que las uñas no lucían tan peligrosas!!
Pero Demi no fue la primera en usarlas asi, yo recuerdo haber visto a Fergie usandolas así en otra entrega de premios.

This style is old fasihion, but on those days this shape was the usual, women didn´t use nail polish on golden or silver!! Colors were also more conservative, so nails didn´t looked so harmful!!
But Demi wasn´t the  first one on use them, I remember have seen Fergie wearing them on another award ceremony.

Entonces Rhianna comenzó a utilizarlas también.
Then Rhianna started to use hers on this shape.

Ninguna de ellas me ha convencido, son chicas realmente bonitas y las ves usando esos maravillosos (bueno a veces) vestidos y de repente WOOW esas garras haen su aparición!!

None of them have convinced me, they are really pretty girls, and you look at them wearing those gorgeous (sometimes) dresses and then WOOW those claws make they appereance!!

Yo me considero atrevida en cuanto a uñas se refiere, pero esta tendencia no me convence.
I consider myself risky on what nails can be, but this trend doesn´t catch me.

Que opinan?? Se atreverían a usarlas??

Here Comes The Bride.... Kim Kardashian´s Wedding Album

El Tiempo de espera se ha terminado Chicas!! Aqui están las Fotos de la Boda de Kim Kardashian!!

Antes que nada hablemos del vestido, como todas sabes un diseño de Vera Wang, pero, y tal vez arriesgue mi vida al decir esto, pero no me gusto. Lo Siento!!!

First of All let`s talk about the dress, as we all know a Vera Wang Design, but and maybe I will risk my life for saying this, but I didn´t liked it. Sorry!!!

A pesar de que era un lindo y adorable vestido estilo princesa, no lo sé tal vez es que yo esperaba más. Por supuesto la tela es fabulosa.

Even though it was a nice and lovely princess type wedding dress, I don´t know maybe it was that I expected more. Of course  gorgeous fabric.

Ahora acerca de su maquillaje y pelo... Realmente y digo realmente me gusto lo que le hicieron, porque estamos acostumbrados a verla con ojos ahumados 24 X 7, así que era natura esperar algo incluso más oscuro!! Pero en su lugar optaron por una versión más ligera que funcionó de maravilla, lució maravillosa!!

Now about make up and hair... I really and I mean really liked what they did, because we are used to saw her with smokey eyes 24 X 7, so it was natural to expect maybe something even darker!! But instead they opted for a lighter version which worked so well, she looked amazing!!

Acerca de su corona?? Tiara?? Realmente no sé el nombre correcto para el accesorio en su cabeza, y no me gusto en realidad todo el arreglo del cabello, no acabo de convencerme, o tal vez era un estilo retro, porque me recuerda a arreglos de novia de otras épocas.

About her crown?? tiara?? I really don´t know the right name for the accesory on her head, I didn´t liked,  actually the whole hair do didn´t convinced me,  or maybe it was a retro thing, because it reminds me of wedding do´s from other decades.

Me gustaron mucho los anillos, muy originales y lindos!!

I liked a lot the rings design, really original and nice!!

Ahora las Damas de Honor!! Se veían muy bonitas en el vestido todas, pero my favorita fue Kourtney, ella se veía realmente bien en él!! Oh y acerca de usar blanco todas, no estoy muy convencida de que haya sido una buena decisión...

Now the Maids of Honor!! They looked really pretty on the dress, but my favorite was Kourtney, she really looked  great on it! Oh and about all of them wearing white, I am not pretty sure it was a good idea.... 

La Mamá de la Novia, amé el vestido de Kris!! Incluso más que el de Kim (estoy loca o que pasa???)
Lamento no haber podido conseguir otra imagen donde se apreciara mejor.

Mother of the Bride, I loved Kris dress!! Even more than Kim´s ( It´s something wrong with me??? ) Sorry but I couldn´t get another picture where you guys could appreciate it better.

Ahora las otras 2 Opciones que tenia, y como la mayoría de las novias de hoy en día, decidió usarlas para la fiesta!! Ninguna de ellas me gusto tampoco.... :(

Lipcolors: Which one is yours??

Hola Chicas!! Cómo están?? Esta vez quiero hablar sobre un tema que esta en tu rutina diaria de maquillaje: el color de tu lipstick. ¿Cúal es tu preferido? ¿Y cómo lo eliges?

Hey Girls!! How are you?? This time I wanna talk about a topic that is on our everyday make up routine: your lipstick color. Which one do you prefer? And how this come??

Debo confesar que yo he pasado a través de fases: en mi primer año usando lipstick estaba obsesionada con el rojo brillante, después tuve una fase chocolatosa y en mis años de universidad estaba absolutamente enamorada de los tonos morados, pero entonces me obsesioné con los dientes blancos, lo cual me hizo utilizar únicamente colores neutros en los labios por los últimos años, pero recientemente me hice el proceso de blanqueamiento y también he aprendido a mantenerlos blanqueados(checa mi primer post para ver el cómo) así que nuevamente me siento con ganas de probar nuevos tonos, así que aquí esta mi pregunta:

¿Cómo escoges tu tono de lipstick?

I must confess I have been trough phases, on my first year of using lipstick I was obssesed with hot red lipstick, later I had a chocolat phase, then on my college years I was absolutely in love with purple lipsticks, then I got an fixation on white teeths which take me to use only nude colors on lips the last couple of years, but now recently I got a whitening process and also I learned to keep more whitewashed my teeth (check out my first post on this blog to get the tip) so I wanted to try new colors again, so here is my question, how do you choose your lip color??

Se supone que hay reglas que debemos seguir en el lipstick.

1. Si usas sombras oscuras, tu lipstick debe ser tono claro o natural.

2. Y vicecersa, si tienes color vivo en los labios deber irte light en los ojos.

Pero también hay tonos para cada temporada: corales y rosas suaves para primavera-verano y tonos oscuros para otoño-inverno.

There are some rules we supposly must follow on lipstick.

1. If you use dark eyeshadows, your lipstick should be light or neutral.

2. And viceversa if you have a bright color on your lips you must go light on eyes.

But there are also shades for every season: corals and soft pinks for spring and summer, and darker colors for autumm and winter.

Pero si tú tienes labios de color oscuro natural como los míos, sabrás que no puedes siempre seguir estas reglas, al día de hoy no he podido encontrar un tono rosa que no se vea "manchado" en mis labios (debido al color natural de mis labios). Así que llegué a una conclusión: La regla es que no hay reglas!!

But if you have naturally dark toned lips like mine, you can´t always follow this rules, to this day I haven´t found a pink which doesn´t look stained on my lips (because of my natural color). So I have arrived to one conclusion: The rule is that there aren´t rules!!

Asi como cada quién tiene su propio tono de piel, también tienes tu propio tono de labios, así que debes utilizar lo que te venga bien. También hay ocasiones y eventos en los que un bien realizado maquillaje recargado tanto en ojos como labios puede funcionar!! Así que no te sientas atada a un color, gama o color de temporada.

As every people has its own tone of skin, you also have your own tone of lips, so you must use what fits you. Also sometimes a nice well done makeup with both overloaded eyeshadows and lips can work!! So don´t fell attached to some color, range of colors or season color.

Usa lo que te quede bien y con lo que te sientas bien!! :)

Shu Uemura... True or Myth??

Hola Chicas!!! Ahora mas que un post esta una opinión personal acerca de un producto bien conocido_ el Rizador de Pestañas Shu Uemura.

Hello Girls!! Now more than a post this is an impression of a really well know product: Shu Uemura Eyelashes Curler.

Recuerdo la primera vez que escuche acerca de él y los cometarios eran todos los mismos: el mejor rzador de pestañas que existia!! Asi que se podran imaginar cúan emocionada estaba cuando tuve la oportunidad de adquirirlo. Abri la caja y debo decir que no encontré nada excepcional, para mi se veia bastante igual que el antiguo que tenia en casa, pero hey tantnas buenos comentarios me reconfortaron y cuando finalmetne pude probarlo tenia grandes expectativas, pero fue oh decepcion!!

I remember the first time I heard about it, and the comments were all the same one: best eyelashes curler ever!! So you can imagine how excited I was when I had the oportunity to buy it. So I got it when I opened the box I must say I didn´t found anything exceptional, it looked pretty same like the old one I had in home, but hey so many great reviews give me some confort. So when I Finally could try it out, at home I had great expectations but oh big deception instead!

Mis sospechas eran ciertas, al menos para mi, porque la verdad dudo que haya una manera especial de usarlo que yo desconozca, pero en realidad no hace diferencia de tu rizador regular. Pero tu que opinas?? Tu lo tienes y lo prefieres a tu antiguo rizador?? O tal vez eres una fan de la tecnica de la cuchara?? Cuéntame tu experiencia, me encantaría escucharla!! :)

My suspects were true, at least for me, because I really doubt there is a special way to use it, that I don´t know, it doesn´t makes big difference from your regular eyelashes curler. So what do you think? Do you have it and prefer over other curlers? Or are you a spoon tecnique fan?? Tell me your experience I would love to hear them!! :)

Hola!! Aqui estoy de nuevo, sorry por haber dejado de postear pero tuve un problemilla y no quedo de otra mas que resolverlo!! En este post no les voy a hablar de una tendencia precisamente, sino de una obsesión mia: las cosas brillosas.
Desde que tengo memoria amooo el brillo!! Los brillitos en cualquier cosa me fascinan!! Ropa, bolsas y sobre todo en los accesorios!!
Que porque me gustan tanto?? No lo sé pero se imaginaran mi alegría cuando empezaron a ponerse de moda!! Hoy en dia son un must, y han dejado de ser exclusivos de atuendos de noche.
Hoy en dia anillos, aretes, collares y hasta en los zapatos!!!
Les dejo unas fotos de algunos de mis favoritos. Estos pertenecen a una increíble diseñadora llamada Tarina Tarantino, ella tiene los mas adorables diseños usando cristales y algunos muy lindos con la figura de Barbie y Hello Kitty. Disfrutenlos!!

Hello!! Here I am again, sorry for haven´t been posting lately, but I had a problem and I had to take care of it!!  On this post I am not going to talk of a trend precisely, but of one of my obsessions: sparkly things.
Since I can remember I loove sparkly things!! On everything! Clothes, bags  and specially on accesories!!
Why I love them so much?? I don´t really know but you can imagine how happy I was when they started to be a trend!!  Nowadays theyr are a must and not only for the night.
These days you can find them on rings, earrings, necklaces and even on shoes!!
Now some pictures of some of my favs. They belong to a awesome designer named Tarina Tarantino, she has the most lovely desings using cristals and also some really cute featuring Barbie and Hello Kitty.

POST TIP: EYE LASHES

Ok, decidí hacer este post, porque en todos los videos de youtube que he visto, nunca he visto a nadie sugerir este producto y yo literalmente no puedo vivir sin él desde que lo descubrí. El producto es:

Ok So I decided to do this post because on all the youtube videos that I have seen I have never seen someone suggesting to use this product and I literally can´t live without it since I found it. The product is 

MAKEUP FOREVER  LASH FIBERS

Primero que nada les presento a mi ojito con cero maquillaje!! Jajaja Decidí poner esta foto para mostrarles cúan pequeñas y prácticamente inexistentes son mis pestañas :)

First of all say hello to my little un makeup eye!!!! 

Hahaha I decided to post this picture to show you how small and non-existence my eyelashes are. :)

El primer paso es poner el producto que luce asi...

First step is to put the product which looks like this.... 

En tus pestañas, y por favor no te alarmes, es normal que terminen viendose así...
on your eyelashes, and please don´t freak out, they are supposed to end looking like this...

Déjalas secar por unos segundos y aplica tu mascara favorita y voilá este es el resultado, bastante bueno no creen??? :D

Let it dry for some seconds, and apply your favorite mascara on your eye lashes, and voilá this is the result, pretty amazing isn´t it?? :D

Los productos que use fueron obviamente: Makeup Forever Lash Fibers, Hypnose Drama de Lancome mascara y el rizador de Shu Uemura, pero este último en realidad pueden usar cualquiera que tengas, yo lo compre pero no he encontrado gran diferencia de resultados entre éste y el rizador promedio.

The products I used were obviously : Makeup Forever Lash Fibers,  Hypnose Drama by Lancome mascara, and Shu Uemura lash curler, but this last one you can use anything you like I bought it but I don´t really find a great difference between average lash curler.

Espero que encuentres este tip útil, para mi y mis mini pestañas ha sido maravilloso!!

Ahora yo se que prometi postear sobre las sticker para uñas, pero me acabo de dar cuenta que no tengo quitaesmalte!! Jajaja Que tonta no?? Así que lo haré mañana, mientras les dejo una miradita de los stickers. ;)

Hope you find this tip useful, for me and my mini eyelashes has been lifesaver!! 

Now I promised to do a post about the nail stickers, but I ran out of nail polish remover!! Hahaha I know I am so dumb!! So I will have do it tomorrow, meanwhile a sneak peek from the stickers. ;)

Ah se me olvidaba para aquellas que no tengan acceso a Makeup Forever, le dejo el tip, busquen en las marcas de mascaras que hay en tu localidad me parece que son de Lóreal las que han sacado unas que traen una especie de "base" para las pestañas, esa "base" son las lash fibers!!!  Asi que no hay excusa ya puedes tener unas súper pestañas!!

Oh I almost forgot! , for those who don´t have access to Makeup Forever products, let me tell you something you can find something similar on mascaras by Lóreal, look for those who come with some kind of "primer" for eyelashes because that "primer" are the lash fibers!!!  So you don´t have any excuse to have a killer eyelashes!!

RED CARPET: TCA

Aqui vamos de nuevo!! Y a pesar de que no me gusta la idea de subir 2 post similares seguidos,  pues tuve que hacer una excepción porque de lo contrario hubiera sido raro publicar esto, cuando el evento fue el domingo!! Sólo por aclarar les comento las elecciones las hice basada solamente en la ropa, no tome en cuenta popularidad ni premios ganados. Empecemos!!!

Here we are again, and even though I don´t like to do two similar post on a road. I needed  to do an exception because otherwise it would be weird to post this later when the show was on Sunday!!.

Oh and just for the record the choices  were made only and only because of their clothes, I didn´t take in count popularity or awards given. So let´s have this party started!!

Esta niña se llama Shay Mitchel usando un top y falda de DKNY, me encantó el outfit especialmente para una salida a bailar!! no creen??

This girl is Shay Mitchel in DKNY top and skirt, I loved the outfit, specially for a dance night don´t you think??

Sigue Troian Bellisario en un vestido de Maria Lucia Hohan, el cual pienso fue demasiado para el evento, pero una versión más corta del mismo hubiera sido perfecto!!
Next is Troian Bellisario on a Maria Lucia Hohan dress, which I think it was a little too much for the event, but a shorter version would have been perfect!!

Ahora Emma Stone, yo sé que se ve raro pero es por que a la niña le uuurge un bronceado!!! Pareciera que trae medias o leggings!! Pero su Christian Dior era adorable.
Now Emma Stone, I know it looks kind of weird, but it was because the girl needs a tan ASAP!!! Her legs look like she was wearing leggings or something like that!! But her Christian Dior Dress was lovely.

Finalmente Lucy Hale usando un vestido de  Cengiz Abazoglu, el cual a pesar de gustarme el estampado, no era precisamente lo más rescatable de su look...... (pasen a la siguiente foto)
